Amanda and Alison ensure that all those working within Early Years Foundation have access to high quality face to face and continued professional development. Ensuring teachers and practitioners can make a difference to every child they are nurturing. I wanted to get away from any cliched design that had gone before within this particular industry and the immediate visual that came to mind was a mountain - overcoming obstacles and reaching achievement.
